1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the kd9999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by kd9999 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules, odds, and payout structures governing each individual game or betting market available on the Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, live dealer tables, and any other wagering products offered on the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, transfer, wager, or bonus credit applied to a User's Account.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an Account and use the kd9999 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kd9999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, and you have not been identified as a problem gambler under any self-exclusion programme.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and will keep that information updated at all times.

kd9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that eligibility criteria have not been met or where it suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. kd9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify kd9999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. kd9999 staff will never ask you for your full password or one-time PIN (OTP) via any communication channel. Any request for such information should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.

Only one Account per person is permitted. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kd9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time, and kd9999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• kd9999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within the same business day for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• kd9999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation, before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kd9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in the form of bonus funds, free spins, or cashback, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• kd9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to coordinated betting to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value except to the extent expressly stated in the relevant promotion.
• Players who have self-excluded are not eligible for any bonus or promotional offer during their exclusion period.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets available on the kd9999 Platform are governed by their respective Game Rules, which are made available within each game or betting interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Game Rules, the Game Rules shall take precedence with respect to that particular game or market.

kd9999 provides sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sporting events. Odds are determined by kd9999 and may be changed at any time before a bet is accepted. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, odds are fixed for that bet unless the event is voided in accordance with applicable rules.

All casino game outcomes — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games — are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by our licensed game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. kd9999 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no control over the RNG logic embedded in third-party game software.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kd9999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, anti-fraud, or responsible gaming measure implemented by kd9999.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits on the Platform (money laundering).
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening kd9999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

kd9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss limits: Set thresholds on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Time-out: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and prevent re-registration for a defined period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from kd9999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, even if kd9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kd9999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability, and kd9999 shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of such interruptions.

kd9999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

kd9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kd9999 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and our servers. 12. Amendments to These Terms

kd9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kd9999's international gaming licence jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Game Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and kd9999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
